As Production Manager you will be responsible to drive product development from concept to approved product sample. You will also be responsible for placing orders and order follow-ups. You will, moreover, be the main point of contact for the company's manufacturers, but also source for new ones. It is important that you are results oriented as you will be responsible for all production challenges which may occur along the way. We are searching for a person that takes responsibility, is flexible and prestigeless.

You’ll be working very closely with design and will play a large role in building our collections, hence you also need to be creative and business-minded. A strong interest and knowledge in color, shape, and material is a must.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and set a timeplan and production strategy
  • Be responsible for product development from sketch to sample (includes working with/leading external designer and pattern designer)
  • Work proactively to find sustainable and high quality materials
  • Responsible for placing orders and being on top of delivery dates
  • Responsible for packaging, labels or other markings in accordance with the requirements standard
  • Create requirements specifications and production documentation and make sure they are up to date
  • Be the primary contact to our manufacturers and suppliers
  • Operate the right product at the best possible price and ensure that the company's margin target is achieved
  • Overall responsibility for supplier portfolio and sourcing new suppliers if necessary
  • Follow up product and social responsibility in the factories through regular visits
  • Ensure that the products follow set quality standards and perform quality checks
  • Work close to all in-house functions and be the spider in the web regarding production-related issues


  • Academic education in textiles and product development
  • 4-5 years work experience in production / product development / purchasing
  • Previous experience of underwear is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of textile materials and production experience is a requirement
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an advantage
  • Master Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing

The role reports to the CEO and is based at our head office in Stockholm.
